Every year we set out to create a unique blend for Christmas from some of our favourite lots of the season. Every year is a little bit different, but they share some common traits - the Sleigh Queen is always bold, boozy and fruit forward.

This year we're bringing the funk with a hefty dose of our new PNG Kindeng Mill, with a creamy base of Vinhal's washed lot, in addition to Noralba's honey processed lot for complexity and acid.

All of this comes together to create a flavour profile reminiscent of Nan's brandy-soaked fruit cake, smashing cadbury favourites that you somehow always get for Christmas from someone and a hearty dose of Christmas pav.
