TASTES LIKE: CARAMEL - MILK CHOCOLATE - BROWN SUGAR
Over the years we've tasted many decaffeinated coffees. Typically the best thing that can be said about them is that they taste vaguely like coffee. We're aiming a little higher than that.
This lot was decaffeinated with an ethyl acetate solvent created by fermenting sugarcane. As a result, the coffee is stripped of its caffeine, while also gaining additional sweetness from the sugarcane liqueur which balances the inherent savoury flavours of decaffeinated coffee. Long story short, if you like decaf (or just have to drink it), this is your best bet.
