It is my (Kate) firm belief that one cannot go wrong with a natural Yirgacheffe, but who knew it could go so right? This heirloom varietal from the Haro Bedame region is spectacular with notes of juicy peach bellini and apricot delight, and a velvet chocolate finish. Enjoy it any way you like - a light, fruit-forward filter, a spunky espresso or a silky smooth milky. This coffee is bulletproof.
